From a founder who builds with AI every day
Not selling anything. Not teaching anything.
Just sharing what I found.
01 — Some context first
I run multiple businesses at once — a digital agency, an influencer platform, a restaurant, an advertising network. A few more in the pipeline.
I use AI every single day. Not the "write me an email" kind. I use it to think. To build. To architect systems. To make decisions I used to need three meetings and a spreadsheet for.
In 25 days, I shipped 12 projects. From zero dev experience to actual working products.
I didn't get smarter. I just learned how to make the loop spin faster.
02 — Then something clicked
I was running a workshop for my team — live demo, showing them how to work with AI in real time.
And I noticed something strange. Every time I demonstrated the same pattern, the same reaction happened. Different people, same moment of "wait — it can do that?"
Same trigger. Same response. Every single time.
That's when it hit me — this isn't me being good at AI. This is a method.
03 — So I tried something
If it's repeatable, it's encodable.
I wrote the entire thinking process into a single file — a .md file. Just plain text.
Pasted it into Claude. It worked. Pasted it into ChatGPT. It worked. Pasted it into Gemini. It worked.
One file. Three platforms. Same result.
Now think about this
Every email you send is a prompt. Every chat message is a prompt. Every meeting brief is a prompt. The only difference? The format is wrong — so the output is always slightly off.
What this actually means
How it works
Pull the hidden processes out of your head and onto paper. The things you repeat daily. The things that feel heavy but don't need to be.
Cut redundant steps. Reduce friction. Lay new paths — not by adding tools, but by removing what doesn't need to be there.
Bring AI in only where it genuinely helps — reducing cognitive load and repetitive work. Not adding technology for technology's sake.
AI doesn't make you better.
It makes your loop spin 10x faster.
But if the loop is wrong,
it takes you to the wrong place 10x faster too.
— Learned from 25 days and 12 projects
04 — Why I believe this
I didn't switch tools. I didn't upgrade anything.
What changed was how I think with AI — from asking questions to thinking together. From AI helping me write, to AI helping me decide.
Once the thinking changed, everything I was already doing got lighter. Clearer. Faster.
No new skills required. Just a better way to use what you already have.
No gate. No email. No catch.
A single .md file — paste it into any AI and see what happens.
